They are the first to guarantee all transactions for buying, selling, and trading cards. Also offers a trade-in directly for Amazon.com gift certificates at 105% of your card's current value.

GiftCard Buy Back
They're members of the Better Business Bureau and have a webpage dedicated to cards that don't expire. They also offer a heads up on different types of cards on their FAQ page.

Ebay also has about 9,000 listings for gift certificates.
